Ink Sachet Watermark Detectors
Ink sachet watermark detectors such as the Morley-Bright Inst-a-Tector and Roll-a-Tector use an ink sachet and pressure to show the watermark. The Roll-a-Tector can identify the watermark of stamps on covers, portcards or on piece. Not suitable for stamps with heavy hinge remains.

Traditional Watermark Detection
The traditional method using watermark fluid, a dropper bottle and a watermark tray is still an excellent way of identifying watermarks in postage stamps for those collectors who may only occasionally need to check for such things.
