Web Site Prices

1. All prices quoted on this web site are in £ Sterling (GBP).
2. All product prices are inclusive, so NO hidden extras for UK purchasers.
3. Applicable delivery and packing charges for UK purchasers;
    a) Standard delivery charge is £ 3.95 if order total is less than £ 100.00.
    b) Standard delivery charge of £ 3.95 also applies to uneconomic/small orders.
    c) FREE delivery on some lightweight items (stamps mounts etc).
        (Any delivery charge is instantly shown in the shopping cart)
4. Prices are subject to change, without prior notice, due to manufacturers revisions.
5. Orders will be charged at the price ruling at the time of despatch.
6. Errors and omissions excepted.

2. Minimum order value is £ 10.00. Due to the card and carriage costs incurred.
3. Payment of the full order value must accompany every order.
4. All credit/debit card payments are processed via WorldPay Ltd.

Despatching

1. All orders are despatched at the earliest opportunity. For guidance only:
    Usually despatched within 1 - 3 working days.
    Items other than those on this web site may take 1 - 28 working days.
    From the first working day after order is placed.
2. Method of despatching:
    a) Orders weighing less than 1.25Kg*, are sent by Royal Mail Letter Post.
    b) Orders over 1.25Kg*, but under 100.00 GBP, are sent by Royal Mail Std Parcel.
    c) Orders over 6Kg* or over 100.00 GBP, are usually sent by Parcelforce 48.
        *weights quoted are inclusive of packing materials.
3. All orders sent by Parcelforce are insured and must be signed for.
4. Orders to N.Ireland, Isle of Man and remote parts of Scotland are sent by Royal Mail
    Standard Parcel.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

1. If you receive such an item, you must notify us immediately.
2. If an incorrect item, we will send the correct item to you as soon as possible.
    However, the incorrect item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
    Carriage costs will be refunded only if it is our error.
3. For damaged and defective items see the 'Returns' section below.
4. If damage or defect has been caused by damage to the consignment in transit to you.
    All packaging must be retained for possible inspection by the Royal Mail or Courier.
5. If you dispose of the packaging this may invalidate any insurance claim.

Returns Policy

1. You must notifiy us of any returns prior to despatching the item(s) concerned.
    As return may not be necessary.
2. Unauthorised returns will not have carriage costs refunded.
3. Returns which occur due to a damaged or defective item, the return carriage costs
    by the most economic method will be refunded.
4. Returns which occur due to you ordering an item in error and then exchanging
    for the correct item, carriage costs will not be refunded.
5. Returns which occur simply due to your cancelling an order, the return carriage
    costs will not be refunded.
6. All returns other than damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) are at the
    purchasers expense.
7. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service if value
    is greater than £ 36.00 and a receipt of posting if less.
    As we can accept no liability if lost in transit to ourselves.

Refunds

1. Refunds are made in accordance with current distant selling regulations.
    They will be processed within 30 days of agreement to refund.
