♦ All prices quoted on this web site are in £ Sterling (GBP).
♦ All product prices are inclusive of VAT, so NO hidden extras for UK purchasers.
♦ Prices are subject to change, without prior notice, due to manufacturers revisions.
♦ Orders will be charged at the price ruling at the time of despatch.

♦ Minimum order value is £ 10.00, due to the payment card charges and carriage costs we incur.
♦ Payment can also be made by sending a cheque, see contact us section for address.
♦ Payment of the full order value must accompany every order.
♦ All credit card and debit card payments are processed via PaymentSense.
Delivery and Packing Charges
♦ Applicable for Mainland UK delivery;
FREE delivery on all orders over £ 150.00.
Standard delivery charge is £ 5.95 for heavier items with an order value of less than £ 150.00.
Standard delivery charge of £ 5.95 also applies as a small order supplement.
Lower delivery charge is £ 2.95 for lighter items with an order value of less than £ 150.00.
FREE delivery on all stamp mount orders.

♦ Applicable for Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland delivery;
Deliveries under 2Kg charged as per the above UK tariff.
Deliveries over 2Kg are charged a flat fee of £ 10.00, we will e-mail notification of higher charge.
♦ Applicable for Overseas delivery;
Deliveries are charged at cost, we simply charge you whatever it costs us to send your order.
If you order via the shopping cart we will e-mail you advising the delivery cost before processing.
It is best to simply e-mail us your order so we can quote the delivery cost before proceeding to order.
Despatching of Orders
♦ All orders are despatched at the earliest opportunity. For guidance only:
Usually despatched within 1 - 4 working days.
Items other than those on this web site may take 1 - 28 working days.

Orders weighing more than 2Kg*, are sent by UPS within 1 working day delivery service.

♦ Method of despatching Remote UK:
Orders weighing less than 2Kg*, are sent by Royal Mail Letter Post.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
♦ If you receive such an item, you must notify us immediately by e-mail or telephone.
♦ If you receive an incorrect item, we will send the correct item to you as soon as possible.
However, the incorrect item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

♦ For damaged and defective items see the 'Returns Policy' section below.
If damage or defect has been caused by damage to the consignment in transit to you all packaging
must be retained by you for possible inspection by Royal Mail or UPS.
If you dispose of the packaging this may invalidate any insurance claim.
Non-Receipt of Order
♦ As a guide the following applies:
UPS - If you have not received your order or a card advising of a failed delivery attempt within 2 working
days (Monday - Friday) of our notification of despatch e-mail please contact us.
Royal Mail - If you have not received your order or a card advising of a failed delivery attempt within 5
working days (Monday - Friday) of our notification of despatch e-mail please contact us.
--- (Please note Royal Mail do not regard a postal item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed) ---
♦ You MUST advise us of non-receipt under all circumstances with 21 working days of our notification of
despatch e-mail as we have to submit any claim for loss or compensation with the relevant carrier
within 30 working days, after that time claims are not accepted.
Returns Policy
♦ You must notifiy us of any returns prior to despatching as return may not be necessary.

♦ Returns which occur due to a damaged or defective item, the return postage costs will be refunded.
♦ Returns which occur due to you ordering an item in error and then exchanging for the correct item, the
return postage costs will not be refunded.
♦ Returns which occur simply due to your cancelling an order, the return carriage
costs will not be refunded.
♦ All returns other than damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) are at the purchasers expense.
♦ For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service if value is greater than £ 20.00
or a proof of posting receipt if less as we can accept no liability if lost in transit to ourselves.

Refunds
♦ Refunds are made in the same method as the original payment and are processed within 30 days.
