E-mail communications:
We receive and store e-mail addresses only obtained from customers or subscribers to our newsletter. If you contact us for other reasons your details are not stored.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computers hard drive via your web browser to enable our shopping cart system to recognise your browser and store details of the items you have placed in the shopping cart. It can also store your name, address, telephone and e-mail details but only if you choose too. For your security it will NOT store any credit/debit card details.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

Any online communication which contains sensitive information such as credit/debit card details is submitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software using 128-bit encryption. You can confirm this by looking for the padlock in your browser status bar and check for https:// at the start of the URL in the address bar.

Our shopping cart is provided by Mal's e-commerce and card payments are processed via PaymentSense, both are verified PCI-DSS compliant. The cart is certificated secure by GeoTrust SSL.

Order confimation e-mails do NOT contain any credit/debit card details.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we only disclose such information to yourself. The only exception to this rule, is a request from recognised Law Enforcement Agencies. We do not disclose any information to 'Third Parties'.

All our computer systems are firewall protected and constantly monitored by anti-virus software, plus being regularly checked for malware infects. Our shopping cart administartion area is multiple password protected and your credit/debit card details are NEVER present or stored physically or electronically on our systems.
